Main duties: 

• Design, describe, and manage solutions based on specific business requirements 

• Align proposed solutions with the corporate environment and ensure they meet all stakeholders’ expectations 

• Analyze both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability) to ensure successful product development 

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements 

• Prioritize initiatives according to business needs and goals 

• Create and validate solution prototypes 

• Oversee the solution development process and ensure alignment with initial requirements 

• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas, progress, and findings 

• Communicate insights and plans effectively with cross-functional teams and management 

• Supervise user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and usability 

• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely execution 

• Provide ongoing support to project management throughout the project lifecycle 

Main Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent professional experience 

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field 

• Knowledge of Alta Software core banking products will be considered an advantage 

• Prior experience with mobile or internet banking products will be considered an asset 

• Excellent documentation skills 

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
